DELIVERY & RETURNS

GRAMMAJ takes particular care in the packaging and shipping of the prints. Each print is carefully packaged and sent in a strong cardboard envelope or a cardboard tube depending on the format.
Orders placed Monday to Friday excluding holidays, are shipped within 48 hours subject to production times for certain prints. Prints marked “OUT OF STOCK” can no longer be ordered.

GRAMMAJ delivers in France, in the European Union and in all countries delivered by the carrier Colissimo. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, this address may be different from the billing address.

Delivery deadlines listed in the GRAMMAJ order form are indicative only and are notified as exactly as possible (between 5 and 20 working days depending on destination). GRAMMAJ shall not be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to the carrier. Any delays cannot give the customer the right to cancel the order, refuse it or ask for damages.

The possible delivery methods depend on the quantity, the size of the ordered product(s) and the country of delivery.
If your order includes products of different sizes, the size of the largest product prevails.
GRAMMAJ reserves the right to choose a different carrier if it is more appropriate with the country of delivery.
Delivery rates depend on the quantity, format of the work(s) ordered and the country of delivery.

Transport is provided by Grammaj and the cost of insurance is included in the shipping costs up to 3000 EUR. If your purchase total is more than 3000 EUR, a fixed additional insurance cost of 100 EUR per shipment will be added.
IMPORTANT:
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary. A new product will then be sent to the customer at no additional charge.

No exchanges can be made at a later time for goods claiming to be damaged during carriage without notification at the time of reception.
The customer must make all the necessary reservations to the carrier within the legal deadlines (from 48h to 7 working days according to the destination, see the GSC of the carrier). The transfer of risk takes place at the delivery of the parcel to the carrier (Incoterm CIP).

CUSTOMS: if applicable, all import duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customs documents will be filled in with the exact purchase price.
